FBCom Technical Support is available Monday and Wednesday from 8 am to 6 pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to noon. After-hours telephone support is also available for Internet outages. Telephone support is available for connection and Internet software problems. There is no cost to call technical support.

BEFORE YOU CALL ... Please be sitting at your computer and have the following information ready when you call
- Your FBCom.net username
- Brand, model and speed of your computer and modem
- Operating system (Win 7, Mac OS, etc.)
- Hard disk drive space and amount of memory (RAM)
- Any "error messages" you may have seen on your computer screen, and what your were doing when they appeared.
