	The main business office for F&B Communications is located in Wheatland, Iowa, on Main Street.
	The present business office was expanded with a remodeling project in 1995. An addition to the south allowed for more office space and a board meeting room. Previous space was converted into offices and work spaces for the plant department.
	These four large satellite dishes receive programming which is then distributed over the land-based cable television systems serving Bennett, Calamus, Delmar, Lowden and Wheatland.
	A Nortel DMS-10 switch was installed in the Wheatland office in 1996. This switch connects all incoming and outgoing calls in the exchanges F&B serves offering advanced calling features and SS7 signaling.
	This area along the Wapsipinicon River east of Toronto, Iowa, was hard hit by a flood in the spring of 1999. Rushing waters washed away roads and bridges, also exposing telephone and fiber optic cables (the arrows points them out).
	The same location, but after the water receded, telephone and fiber optic cable was now exposed to the surface following the May 1999 flood. When F&B installed the cable it was five feet deep, now it lies on top of the ground.
