	Ken Laursen General Manager Ken has has been general manager since 1999. He began working for F&B in 1992, previously he was plant manager. He is a graduate of Fulton Community High School and received a bachelor of science degree in electronic engineering technology from Hamilton Technical College. Prior to this he served in the U.S. Army for more than seven years. He has also attended various technical workshops and seminars. Ken and his wife Tammy have two children, Kristall and Lance. He enjoys computers, boating, motorcycling and electronics. His interests also lie in telecommunications and NASCAR racing. E-MAIL:
	Julie Steines Office Manager Julie has been with F&B since 1993. She is a graduate of the American Institute of Commerce and Calamus High School. Julie and her husband Terry have two children, Trina and Tait, and three grandchildren. Julie enjoys reading, biking, walking and attending track and cross country events. E-MAIL:
	Jan Muhl Plant Manager Jan is the F&B Plant Manager. He has been with the company for more than 25 years. He is a 1975 graduate of Lost Nation High School and attended Clinton Community College. Jan and his wife Janis live in Wheatland. They have two children, Jennifer and Jessica. E-MAIL:
	Aaron Horman Marketing Manager Aaron joined the F&B full-time staff June 2001 as the marketing manager. He worked in the F&B office during the summers of 1999 and 2000 as an intern. He is a graduate of Wartburg College in Waverly with a degree in public relations and electronic media. Aaron and his wife Megan live in Lowden and have a son. 	Kendra Rock Billing Clerk Kendra joined the F&B staff in November 2000. She is a graduate of the American Institue of Commerce and Clarence-Lowden High School. Kendra and her husband Dave have two children, Kirby and Karlee. She enjoys shopping, sports and craft shows. E-MAIL:
	April Reiling Customer Service Clerk April joined the F&B staff in February 2007 and works out of the Technology Solutions office. She is a graduate of Calamus-Wheatland High School and St. Ambrose University, Davenport. A resident of Wheatland, April enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and her dog, Fred. 	Carla Olson Administrative Assistant Carla has been with F&B since 1996. She is a graduate of Clarence-Lowden High School. Carla enjoys sports, shopping, antiques and flowers. Carla and her husband Paul have two children, Chad and Tim. E-MAIL:
	Brooke Lippens Computer Sales and Service Technician Brooke joined the F&B staff in January 2006 working part-time. Following graduation from St. Ambrose University, Davenport, in May 2006 with a degree in Computer Information Systems, she started full-time. Brooke is a resident of Wheatland. 	Steven Berger Computer Service Technician Steven has been with the company since May 2007. He is originally from the Carroll area and is a graduate of AIB College of Business, Des Moines. 	Brad Carpenter Combination Technician Brad began working for F&B in February 2002. He came to F&B from McLeod USA and previously served in the U.S. Army as a data communications specialist. He is originally from Bowling Green, Ohio, and attended the University of Maryland. He is the father of four children, Ericka, Caleb, Serina and Ellie. 	Patrick Ahrens Multifunctional Plant Worker Patrick has been with F&B as a plant tech for more than 30 years. A graduate of Bennett High School, Patrick enjoys fishing, camping, gardening and garage sales. He is married to Laura, they live in Wheatland.
